Thank you for bringing attention to this! I’ll never forget the horror of a glue trap I was forced to deal with at work years ago…it was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my young life, and I am happy to say that I’ve never personally been responsible for the death of a cute little mouse.
This video was great! I am so terrified of rodents that I haven’t spent too much time worrying about their comfort when I’ve encountered them… thanks for opening my eyes and heart to the possibility of dealing with them in a much more humane way! I agree that the thought of being glued down is awful and apparently, unnecessary. I also like this radical idea of maybe there is a spectrum of comfortability in terms of living with them in our midst. Thanks again!
Other than the dead mice pics, I thought this was a great lighthearted look at a serious problem. Wonderful filming with the toy mouse, and music choice!
When I was young I had a mouse in my basement bedroom and I never told my parents because I knew they would trap or poison it. I watched it follow the same path every morning, in one side of my room and out the other. Eventually it went away on its own. My father always said of small creatures, “he’s more afraid of you than you are of him.”
